Who is Lifu?

Hi, my name is Lifu(/’lee-foo/) Yao, I was born in China and currently living in Belmont, CA. I am a Software Engineer in Didi-Lab, Mountain View. Before Didi, I am a Design Technology Lead in Wework San Francisco.

With the background of Architecture, I am passionate about solving problems leveraging technology. I have been studying and contributing on technology in Architecture Industry for about 4 years, and currently I am working as Senior Software Engineer in Machine Learning platform for Self Driving system at Didi Voyager

I am the host of Podcast “NOT IN VALLEY 非谷中人“ , a Podcast about life in Silicon Valley in Chinese language.

I am the founder member of CodeBrick, which is an Architecture & Technology focused Chinese Community in Bay Area.
